Who it suits

Interior and garden designers, home stagers and real-estate professionals, home and DIY creators, and anyone who reviews AI tools. If your audience has rooms, gardens, patios or balconies they want to rethink, Studio is an easy recommendation: upload a photo, describe the change, see the result.

These terms govern participation in the VisualizeAI Studio affiliate program (the “Program”) operated by HOMESHOPPER AI INC. (“we,” “us,” “our”) for VisualizeAI Studio at studio.visualizeai.pro (“Studio”). By joining the Program you agree to them. Questions: hello@visualizeai.pro.

1. Joining

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
• Sign up through the affiliate portal. We may decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion, for example where your site or audience is not a fit or you breach these terms.
• Give accurate contact and payout details and keep them current. We cannot pay commissions to details we cannot verify.

2. How referrals are tracked

• Your personal link places a referral cookie in the visitor’s browser for 90 days. A purchase made in that window is credited to you. If the visitor clicks more than one affiliate’s link, the last click before purchase wins.
• Tracking is handled by our affiliate-tracking provider and is tied to the purchase recorded by our payment provider. Its records are final. We cannot credit a referral manually after the fact.
• Referrals are only tracked on browsers that accept the cookie. We do not credit purchases where the cookie was blocked, cleared or expired.

3. Commission

• You earn 25% of the amount we actually receive for each payment a referred customer makes — subscription payments (monthly or annual) and one-time credit packs — for 12 months from that customer’s first purchase. Taxes, payment-processing fees and currency conversion are excluded from the base.
• A commission is pending until the payment is 30 days old, then approved. A refunded, disputed or charged-back payment reverses its commission, including after approval; the reversal is deducted from your next payout.
• Free credits, trials, discounts we grant and purchases we cancel do not earn commission.
• We may change the rate or term with 30 days’ notice. Changes apply to purchases made after the change, not to commissions already earned.

4. Payouts

• Approved commissions are paid monthly, within 15 days after the end of the month, once your approved balance is at least $50 USD. Smaller balances roll over.
• We pay by PayPal or Wise to the details on your affiliate profile. Fees charged by those services are yours.
• You are responsible for any tax due on your commissions in your country. Where the law requires it we may ask you for tax forms before paying.

5. What you may not do

Any of the following forfeits unpaid commissions and ends your participation:

• Self-referrals — using your own link to buy for yourself, your business, or anyone you share an account or payment method with.
• Brand bidding — buying search or social ads on “VisualizeAI”, “Visualize AI”, “VisualizeAI Studio” or misspellings of them, or sending paid traffic directly to our domains.
• Coupon and deal sites, spam and incentives — listing your link on coupon or cashback sites, unsolicited email or messaging, paid or rewarded clicks, or offering anything of value for signing up through your link.
• Misleading claims — describing Studio as something it is not, inventing features, prices or free allowances, or presenting yourself as VisualizeAI or an official partner. Describe what Studio actually does and link to our pages for the details.
• Cookie stuffing, cloaking, pop-unders, iframes or any technique that sets the referral cookie without the visitor choosing to click your link.
• Placing your link on sites with illegal content, hate, adult material or content that infringes others’ rights.

6. Using our name and images

You may use the VisualizeAI Studio name, logo and screenshots we provide to promote Studio in the Program, and you may show before/after images you create with your own account. You may not alter our logo, register domains or social handles containing our name, or suggest we endorse your other products.

7. Disclosure

Tell your audience that you earn a commission from your link, in the way the advertising rules where you publish require (for example the FTC endorsement guides in the US or the ASA/CMA rules in the UK).

8. Ending participation

Either of us can end your participation at any time by notice (for you, by email to hello@visualizeai.pro). Commissions already approved are paid at the next payout if your balance meets the minimum, except where participation ended for a breach of Section 5. Pending commissions from after the end date are not earned.

9. Relationship, liability

You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf. The Program is provided as is; we are not liable for lost commissions caused by tracking failures, cookie settings, outages or third-party services, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions earned and unpaid in the preceding three months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will update the “Last updated” date and notify active affiliates of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
