This Privacy Policy explains how HOMESHOPPER AI INC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use VisualizeAI Studio at studio.visualizeai.pro (“Studio”).
Our other VisualizeAI products — the mobile app for iOS and Android, the web app at app.visualizeai.pro and the website at visualizeai.pro — are covered by the VisualizeAI Privacy Policy.
HOMESHOPPER AI INC. is a corporation incorporated in Canada with its registered office at 9655 49 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 5Z5, Canada. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, we are the data controller (or equivalent) for personal information processed through Studio. Questions about this Policy: hello@visualizeai.pro.
1. Personal information we collect
1.1 Account information
You sign in to Studio with your Google account. We receive your name, email address, Google account identifier and profile photo (if your Google account has one).
1.2 Photos you upload (Inputs)
You upload photographs of rooms or spaces, and for virtual staging, photographs of products. When you are signed in, we store these photos with your account. When you try Studio without signing in, your photo is sent to our AI service provider to create your preview but is not stored by us.
1.3 Generated images and videos (Outputs)
Images and videos Studio creates from your Inputs are stored with your account so you can view, download and reuse them.
1.4 Text you provide
The styles, room types and instructions you choose or type, product descriptions for staging, and any feedback you give on results (likes, dislikes and optional notes).
1.5 Purchase information
Credit packs and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer identifier, what you bought, your subscription plan, status and billing interval. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own pages; we never receive or store full card numbers.
1.6 Usage information
Your generation history, credit balance and credit transactions, the features you use, and timestamps.
1.7 Technical information
Your IP address, browser and device information. We use your IP address to prevent abuse (for example, limiting free previews and free credits) and to determine your country, which we store with your account. We do not store your IP address with your account.
1.8 Messages to us
If you contact us through the Contact Us form in Studio, we collect your message, the email address you give us and, for spam prevention, your IP address and browser type. If you email hello@visualizeai.pro, we collect your email address and message.
2. How we use your information
- Providing Studio — sign-in, generating images and videos, storing your Inputs and Outputs, credits, purchases and billing.
- Security and abuse prevention — preventing unauthorised access, fraud, and misuse of free previews and free credits.
- Quality and service improvement — authorised staff may review Inputs, Outputs, instructions and feedback, and we may run automated quality checks on generated images, to fix problems and improve results.
- Customer support — answering your messages and resolving billing questions.
- Analytics — understanding how Studio is used, only if you accept analytics cookies (see Section 5).
- Legal compliance — tax, record-keeping, and responding to lawful requests.
Studio does not send marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
3. Service providers
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, only for the purposes in Section 2:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. A list of the specific providers we use is available on request from hello@visualizeai.pro. Authorised members of our team can access the information described in this Policy where needed for the purposes in Section 2.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where data-protection law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Contract — processing needed to provide Studio to you.
- Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, quality review and improving Studio, where your rights do not override those interests.
- Consent — analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 5).
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to process data.
5. Cookies and browser storage
5.1 Strictly necessary
- Session cookie — identifies a visitor who is not signed in so free-preview limits work. Kept for up to one year.
- Sign-in storage — keeps you signed in using your browser’s storage.
- Preferences — your cookie choice and your Contact Us conversation are remembered in your browser’s local storage.
5.2 Analytics
Analytics cookies load only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, they do not load. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser settings; the banner will ask again.

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — delete individual designs from your gallery at any time, or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@visualizeai.pro. We complete account deletion within 30 days, subject to the retention periods in Section 6.
- Portability — receive your information in a commonly used format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that happened before.
- Complaint — contact your data-protection authority: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (oipc.ab.ca), the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), or your local EU authority (edpb.europa.eu).
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@visualizeai.pro. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country, including in Canada, where we are based, and in the United States and other countries where our providers in Section 3 operate. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions (Canada is recognised as adequate for commercial transfers under PIPEDA) and equivalent UK mechanisms.
9. Children
Studio is intended for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact hello@visualizeai.pro.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, tell you in Studio or by email.
11. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, except where non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence provide otherwise.
